Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?
All orders are shipped from our European warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the EU.
What is your return policy for wetsuits and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wetsuits must be tried on over undergarments.
How do I choose the right leash length for my surfboard?
As a general rule, your leash should be approximately the same length as your surfboard. For example, a 6ft board should be paired with a 6ft leash to ensure safety and performance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, Ocean and Earth products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various region-specific payment methods like Klarna and iDEAL.
