Returns & Exchanges

At Ocean and Earth EU, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your surf hardware and apparel. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that hardware like fins or leashes are securely padded to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
